Introducing our friends
“We would love to update our website, we know what we want…but we are not sure where to begin”. This was the start of our conversation with the superstars at Community Wellbeing. We were delighted when they asked for our input.
Community Wellbeing provides free social and community services that strengthen the wellbeing of whānau, rangatahi and tamariki. Their commitment is to supporting North Canterbury families and communities to thrive – just amazing!
Here at Create we believe in taking a holistic approach to anything we set our hand to, before we start we like to take a step back and look at the big picture. So with Louise and the team, that is exactly what we did.
After some consulting, research and discovery sessions we reached the decision on how to proceed.
Project Outline
Our early sessions together uncovered some frustrations and disconnect with the logo and brand. The team felt it was beginning to look tired and a bit out dated. They felt it no longer represented the mahi they did.
Throughout our roadmap process we discovered a brand refresh would solve a lot of these pain points. It was important to do this piece of work first in order for the new brand identity to flow into the website refresh.

Project Outcome
The result of our partnership with Community Wellbeing is that they now have an updated and refreshed platform, from which they can promote themselves from. They now have assets that they can use to raise their profile and awareness in the community.
Like us, Community Wellbeing value working together. They work to empower our community in the area of wellbeing, we work to empower local businesses and organisations in the area of marketing.

Over the last 18 months Create have worked alongside Community Wellbeing to rebrand and develop a new website. From the outset I was impressed with Create’s consultative approach and the effort they put into understanding who we are and what we do. Laura and her team have a strong customer service ethos and work hard to satisfy (and exceed) customer expectations. Their design work is of a high standard without costing the earth. It is no exaggeration to say that Create have transformed our brand and marketing collateral, making the Trust more accessible and relevant.
